Have you heard about the students’ marketing team?
For a few months now, students in S4J partner schools were getting excited about one thing: the students marketing team. This new unit is designed to support DU staff, more specifically the teachers in charge of Institutional Marketing, in organizing and coordinating marketing initiatives. Moreover, it promises VET students the opportunity to blend their academic knowledge and hobbies with real-life management of projects that benefit the school.
Event organization, social media management, website management, photography and graphic design and news preparation are the key tasks that will be performed by the team of students, under the supervision of Institutional Marketing peers. Teams are composed of students from different vocational directions and school years and vary in number of members.
In early February, student marketing teams started engaging with the first tasks. The upcoming outreach campaign, aiming at promoting the VET schools’ offer in the region and attracting new students, is among these. We’re looking forward to their great adventure!
