Empowering Transfer Agents: S4J Prepares Leaders of Change in VET
Skills for Jobs (S4J) project is investing in the development of Transfer Agents: a cornerstone for the transformation of vocational schools in the country. These experts, equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge, will be the catalysts for disseminating and implementing best practices within the Vocational Education and Training (VET) system.
To ensure the success of this initiative, S4J has designed a specialized training program, structured into two intensive two-day cycles during March. The first cycle, moderated by Arlinda Çausholli and Mireda Thana, focused on strengthening competencies in change management, mentoring, collaboration with various stakeholders, public communication, and leadership. The goal was to equip experts with the appropriate tools to guarantee an effective and sustainable transfer of innovations.

In the second training cycle, moderated by Dalina Gjiçali, the experts delved into leadership development techniques, creating a shared vision, team management, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, training and mentoring, and audience management. These skills are essential for leading changes in vocational schools and ensuring a sustainable impact.

By empowering the Transfer Agents, S4J is laying the foundation for a more dynamic and innovative VET system in Albania. This strategic investment in human capital will ensure that best practices are not only implemented but also sustained, leading to long-term improvements in vocational education and contributing to the creation of a more skilled and competitive workforce.
