During November 2020, a snapshot tracer was performed to verify the employment and study status of 2019-2020 graduates in 9 ‘Skills for Jobs’ partner providers.

School based reports are being analyzed by each school with participation of school leadership and development units and actions toward labor market insertion are drawn, such as: career orientation and guidance actions differentiated for 10th, 11th, and 13th class; better coordination with local labor office; better and onetime information on vacancies through electronic job boards, etc. This discussion is helping every school to plan based on evidence and integrate graduate’s employment as performance indicator.
