FRYMËSO is the new Facebook group facilitated by ‘Skills for Jobs’ as an online environment to encourage communities of practice for vocational education and training in Albania. This initiative was born as a response to teachers’ needs to connect to each-other in a time when they are facing challenges in blending different methods of learning, digitalization has become imperative, and while administrators in the VET system are trying to ensure safe and healthy schools. Through this online community, they will have access to information, experiences from colleagues, discussions, continuous development opportunities, and inspiration from other professionals.

S4J is thus extending its communication strategy beyond its partner VET providers, towards building constructive dialogue and promoting peer exchange to guarantee sustainable changes in the Albanian VET system.
