Implementing a Provider-Based Tracer: A Comparison of Three Waves of Tracing Graduates

Implementing a Provider-Based Tracer: A Comparison of Three Waves of Tracing Graduates

‘Skills for Jobs’ project has supported the piloting and establishment of a graduates’ tracer system at the provider level in 7 partner VET providers (6 vocational education schools and 1 training center).

This tracer system has two important purposes:

a) Monitoring the main labor market indicators for VET graduates (employment, self-employment, etc.);
b) Assessing the link between education and work.

This enables the institution to have reliable and up-to-date data on the employment status of its graduates, as well as to prepare professionals who meet the demands of the labor market. Below you can read the full comparative tracer report for three generations of graduates.
