On December 3rd, Skills for Jobs (S4J), in collaboration with the National Agency for Employment and Skills (NAES), organized a panel discussion to present the key findings of the national tracer study of 2023 VET graduates. The event took place on the margins of the Winter School 2024. The tracer report offers valuable insights into key labour market indicators, the professional pathways of graduates, their integration into the job market, and other factors that reflect how well the Albanian Vocational Education and Training (VET) system aligns with labour market needs.

Since 2021, the S4J project has been supporting NAES in conducting national-level tracer studies of graduates and certified individuals from the VET system. In parallel, S4J continues to support provider-level tracer studies in its partner schools since 2017. The data collected through these studies is instrumental in assessing the relevance of the VET offer and guiding the development of skills that respond to labour market demands.
