Tracer of Graduates at the National Level: Bridging the Gap between Skills and Labor Market Demands

On October 26th, Skills for Jobs in collaboration with the National Agency for Employment and Skills (NAES), organized a roundtable discussion to present the key results of the national-level tracer of VET graduates.

The tracer report provides information on key labor market indicators and the professional journey of graduates after completing their education/training, their integration into the job market, and other aspects reflecting the level of orientation toward the labor market of the Albanian Vocational Education and Training system.

The event brought together representatives from government institutions, directors of VET providers, business representatives, experts, and donor community representatives who discussed the need for data-based evidence to bridge the gap between skills and labor market demands.

Since 2021, Skills for Jobs project has been supporting NAES in conducting the national-level tracer of graduates and certified individuals from the vocational education and training system.
