As part of S4J’s ongoing efforts to consolidate and transfer best practices related to digitizing vocational education and training (VET) offer, a Webinar on Digital Teaching Materials was held on February 13.

During this online seminar, educators who have developed digital teaching materials shared their experiences, emphasizing the essential skills required for their effective use and continuous updating.

From 2020 to 2023, the “Skills for Jobs” project, S4J, has been instrumental in supporting the development, review, and utilization of digital teaching materials through MESOVET. To date, 161 subjects across 7 vocational directions have been developed, now being implemented by 27 vocational schools across Albania.

In its continued commitment to enhancing the curriculum with contemporary teaching content, S4J will continue in supporting digital teaching materials in its third phase. From 2024 to 2026, the project aims to develop approximately 100 new subjects, with around 15 of them undergoing update in vocational directions such as Economics-Business, Hospitality-Tourism, ICT, Textile, Thermohydraulics, Social Health Services, Electrotechnics, and Construction.
