As part of strengthening the institutional capacities of vocational schools, “Skills for Jobs” (S4J), in collaboration with the National Agency for Employment and Skills (NAES), organized the national training “Institutional planning and management of the annual cycle of apprenticeships in businesses” during May.
The training brought together school directors, SMIP representatives, and Business Relations Coordinators, offering them practical knowledge and tools on:
- Standards for institutional planning of the annual cycle of apprenticeships in companies.
- Tools for designing monitoring plans and calendars for assigning students to apprenticeship placements.
- Instruments for effective partnership management with businesses, including documentation and periodic reporting of the process to NAES.
Participants worked in groups on concrete case studies, while trainers shared practical experiences to ensure high-quality implementation of apprenticeship cycles.
