The implementation of dual vocational qualifications was at the center of a two-day workshop organized in November by Skills for Jobs (S4J), in cooperation with the National Agency for Vocational Education, Training and Qualifications (NAVETQ).
This activity created a structured space for professional reflection, experience sharing, and alignment on the supporting measures that ensure the quality implementation of qualifications.
28 teachers from across Albania, along with representatives from NAVETQ and S4J, engaged in discussion sessions, group work, and reflection on the challenges, issues, and lessons learned from field experience.
The workshop emphasized the importance of collaboration and experience sharing to ensure continuous improvement in the implementation of dual vocational qualifications.
