Skills for Jobs (S4J) is supporting a network of Transfer Agents, professionals from partner VET schools who are playing a key role in disseminating successful practices across Albania’s VET system.
Built on direct field experience, these experts bring valuable knowledge in institutional transformation, digitalization, private sector engagement, and quality teaching and learning. Today, they act as promoters of innovation and trusted partners for new schools joining the transformation process.
As part of the support provided to four new partner providers, Transfer Agents are offering mentoring, training, and technical assistance in key areas such as evidence-based annual planning, monitoring of annual plans, use of digital tools, functioning of Development Units, private sector engagement, and quality implementation of work-based learning in companies.
Through close cooperation with schools and in coordination with the National Agency for Employment and Skills (NAES), this network is helping ensure that tested and successful models are transferred, adapted, and institutionalized more widely.
