Business Relations and Networks

Business Relations and Networks

Due to Skills for Jobs’ initiatives during its first and second phases, strategic partnerships between VET providers and businesses have sparked impressive results. This collaboration has empowered VET providers to tailor their offer to match local job needs, transforming them into hubs that drive skills growth for youth. As we enter Phase 3, we are aiming even higher.

Integration

Our first goal is to seamlessly integrate this school-business collaboration into the planning and operations of partner schools. This way, the skills being taught stay in sync with market demands.

Strengthening Business Partnerships

Objective two centers on strengthening the businesses involved. We will help them work more efficiently with VET providers, ensuring their contribution to education is effective and impactful.

Fostering Collaboration

In Phase 3, we are nurturing connections between companies, creating informal regional networks. These networks will enable businesses to join forces in developing skills, multiplying the positive impact.

Empowering Leaders

Our final goal involves empowering leaders who can guide others. These experts will help multiply the successful approach, ensuring it reaches more corners of vocational education and training.

In short, Phase 3 is about supercharging Skills for Jobs’ collaboration with the private sector for even better results. We are integrating, strengthening, fostering collaboration, and empowering leaders – all to create a world where education meets real-world needs.
