Two managers and professionals in hospitality and reception, Gid Shaqiri and Krist Topuzi, gave a career orientation session for 11th grade students of ‘Hamdi Bushati’ vocational school on the career path of a professional in customer service and reception.
Students had numerous questions and were eager to know more regarding this profession, which is highly demanded by the labor market, with the aim to making better informed career decisions.
