Skills for Jobs in cooperation with the National Agency for Vocational Education, Training and Qualifications designed and developed an intensive theoretical and practical training with the participation of all Development Unit coordinators in the country for the functions of Curricula Development and Continuing Professional Development, to help them in their role to improve the level of teaching and empowerment of the VET institution.

The National Training for Curricula Coordinators in the Development Unit, September 21 – December 17, and the National Training for Coordinators for the Continuing Professional Development Coordinators in the Development Unit, August 30 – October 31, took place both physically and online.

Soon, two practical guides will be published to assist coordinators in their work. They will also serve to calculate the criteria, procedures, approaches and formats with which the coordinators operate.

To exchange experiences with fellow coordinators and to discuss issues related to the role or function of the coordinator and to undertake joint initiatives, communities of practice for coordinators have been set up on Facebook and “Mesovet” online platform.
