Vocational schools supported by ‘Skills for Jobs’ S4J have become an attractive place for youth to meet, discuss ideas, share experiences and have fun. Skills for Jobs teamed up with ‘New Vision’, a youth NGO with members throughout Albania, to facilitate activities during the after-class hours in an effort to turn vocational schools in community centers. The initiative ‘School ON’ brings together students of the schools and youngsters from the communities surrounding the schools.

The initiative started in May 2018 and will last for 2 months. A wide range of activities will be organized every week by the school staff and students with the support of New Vision regional coordinators.

If you live in Shkodra, Lezha, Berat or Vlora check the Facebook pages of one of the schools and join the workshops (cooking, photo shooting, video making, crafts, graffiti), movie evenings, concerts, festivities, animated celebrations and sports activities. The School is ON 😉
