
Market-driven VET Offer through the Guidance of School Boards

In the framework of supporting partner providers’ School Boards, during February-March ‘Skills for Jobs’ organized meetings with Board representatives. The aim is for School Boards to influence data-based decision-making, guide schools to adapt to the situation caused by the pandemic for the new academic year, and support in the early employment of graduates. During these meetings, School Boards were presented with data from the preliminary tracer of 2020 graduates from partner schools; they discussed initiatives for collaboration with businesses and were introduced to the Development Unit.
School Boards in VET consist of:
- 2 representatives from the private sector, where one of them is Head of the Board;
- 1 representative from the Regional Council;
- 1 representative from the Regional Employment Office;
- 1 representative from the Regional Education Office;
- 1 teacher;
- 1 student.
