To ensure high-quality apprenticeships in businesses, ‘Skills for Jobs’ facilitates trainings and certifications for in-company instructors, based on a ‘Training of Trainers’ program. During October and November, 9 in-company instructors of ‘Kolin Gjoka’ school students in Lezha were trained in these 4 modules and were certified at the end of the 4^th module:

• Roles and Responsibilities;
• School Offer and Information on Practical Modules;
• Assessment and Evaluation of Practical Learning;
• Communication, Conflicts and Problem-solving.

Next steps will be monitoring of work-based learning in these companies where instructors are working to ensure quality of apprenticeships.
