The ongoing changes in the labor market are reshaping the skills requirements, so VET institutions need to address these demands by engaging in the process of diversifying their offer. In support of consolidating this process, the “Skills for Jobs” project team organized the next workshop on February 21, with the presence of representatives from partner schools and subject matter experts. All participants contributed ideas to design an innovative process for diversifying the offer, with close engagement from the private sector. During this workshop, a list of activities, involved stakeholders, as well as appropriate tools for an evidence-based process, were identified and agreed upon. Thanks to the participants for their fruitful engagement in this process.
