The “Skills for Jobs” project team successfully concluded the cycle of validation workshops with the organization of the final workshop on February 26, focusing on “Private sector engagement in VET.”

During this workshop, participants validated the areas of collaboration where companies actively engage, including work-based learning, career orientation, VET delivery, joint projects, promotion, sponsorships, and participating in school boards. With representatives from 6 champion schools and field experts participating, the discussions were rich and insightful.

Vocational schools are now strategically planning their processes in collaboration with partner companies, all working towards the shared goal of improving the quality of VET offer and fostering high professional skills among students. This collaborative effort highlights our commitment to creating a more dynamic and responsive VET ecosystem in Albania.
