Vocational Schools Forge Communities of Practice for Effective Management
Supported by Skills for Jobs, partner vocational schools are closely collaborating through knowledge exchange and best practice sharing. These invaluable communities of practice serve as catalysts for efficient institutional management.
This time, we were at “Fan S. Noli” school in Korca in an activity where “Hamdi Bushati” school shared positive experiences related to planning, monitoring, and evaluation of long-term apprenticeships in businesses.

Through this dynamic exchange, the staff of “Fan S. Noli” school were equipped with essential tools and insights to foster the highest quality of apprenticeships within partnering companies. By embracing these instruments, they are poised to optimize the practical learning opportunities for their students and further elevate their VET offer.
