To further facilitate the process of administrative data collection and reporting, S4J started developing a data management software for partner VET providers. Finding this initiative beneficial for all VET providers in Albania, NAES asked the project’s support to scale it up at the national level. As a result, during the past months, S4J in close collaboration with NAES developed the data management software to be utilized by 34 VET schools and 10 VTCs.

The development of 5 data modules (for students / trainees, partner businesses, staff, infrastructure and offer) is being finalized. Furthermore, 200 staff members from VET providers have been trained to use the software. The data collection process for most modules has started and in the coming weeks the first reports will be generated by the system.
