The organization of level examinations in vocational schools for the 2026 academic year follows a well-structured process that begins long before the examination day itself and concludes with the complete documentation of students’ results.
The process starts with preparatory meetings with working groups in newly participating schools, where teachers responsible for organizing, uploading, and overseeing the examinations are introduced to the system for the first time. During these meetings, they are guided through the process step by step, learn about their roles and responsibilities, and gain an understanding of the benefits offered by the new system. Immediately afterwards, the MësoVET team delivers hands-on training in small groups, enabling teachers to learn how to upload examination papers to their school’s dedicated platform.

At the same time, examination dates are established and a common examination calendar is developed for all participating schools, ensuring that each institution knows exactly when it needs to be prepared. To facilitate the effective administration of the examinations, the necessary digital spaces—programmes and courses where the examinations will be hosted—are created. In parallel, student groups and classes are registered, updated, and organized, while student information is prepared and shared.
Once everything is in place, teachers guide students through practical demonstrations, showing them exactly how to access and complete the examination on the platform. The examination papers are uploaded by teachers with the continuous guidance and support of the MësoVET team. During this stage, the specific settings for each examination are defined, including the examination date and time, the duration, the number of attempts allowed for each student, and the way in which the questions are organized.

Throughout the examination period, students receive ongoing support to ensure smooth access to their courses and timely updates whenever needed. After the examinations are completed, teachers review and assess the open-ended questions. The final step of the process is exporting the examination data into Excel format, including students’ results and each student’s individual examination paper, for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
Through this comprehensive approach, the level examination process brings together preparation, teacher training, technical support, and final documentation within a single, well-coordinated workflow, ensuring effective collaboration between vocational schools and the MësoVET team.
