In March, “Skills for Jobs” (S4J) supported a thematic exchange activity focused on the monitoring and documentation of in-company training for four new partner schools.
The activity created a space for collaboration between champion schools—schools that have been supported by S4J for a longer period—and participating schools, where transfer agents shared concrete practices and successful approaches used in implementing work-based learning in businesses.
During discussions and working sessions, participants addressed key issues related to monitoring students during their placements, improving reporting and documentation processes, harmonizing the use of standardized tools, and clarifying the roles and responsibilities of the different stakeholders involved.
Beyond the exchange of good practices, the activity also served as a space for reflection and peer learning, fostering collaboration and contributing to a more unified approach to ensuring the quality of workplace-based learning in businesses.
