Kursi i ri “Dekorimi me Lule” është një ilustrim i mirë.

Një nga nevojat e sistemit të arsimit dhe formimit profesional në Shqipëri është zgjerimi dhe bërja më fleksibël e programeve ekzistuese sipas kërkesave nga biznesi. Gjatë takimeve për partneritetin shkollë-biznes me hotele dhe restorante të ndryshme në Vlorë, ekipi i Aftësi për Punë u ndesh me nevojën e tyre për të patur zbukurime me lule në mjediset e tyre. Nevoja ishte për kompozime elegante, me çmime ekonomike dhe me jetëgjatësi.

Për këtë, në bashkëpunim me Qendrën e Formimit Profesional Publik të Vlorës, u hartua programi dhe më pas u zhvillua një kurs disaditor mbi këto lloj dekorimesh. Pjesëmarrësit e kursit ishin punonjës nga bizneset e luleve, por edhe punëkërkues të rinj të orientuar aty nga Zyra e Punës.

Një nga karakteristikat e kursit ishte që kryesisht u përdorën bimë nga natyra shqiptare, për ti dhënë një “shije” lokale dekorimeve dhe për ti bërë ato më ekonomike. Pjesëmarrësit mësuan jo vetëm se si të përgatisin buqeta elegante, por edhe se si të zgjedhin kombinimin më të mirë për jetëgjatësinë e tyre. Në fund, pjesëmarrësit u këshilluan mbi marketingun dhe shitjen e këtyre dekorimeve. Tashmë hotelet dhe restorantet e Vlorës kanë më shumë zgjedhje për të zbukuruar mjediset e tyre.

Ky ishte vetëm kursi i parë i mbështetur nga Aftësi për Punë, projekt i financuar nga Agjencia Zvicerane për Zhvillim dhe Bashkëpunim, SDC, zbatuar nga Swisscontact. Në vazhdim do të zhvillohen edhe kurse të tjera të shkurtra në sektorin e mikpritjes-turizmit, TIK, tekstileve dhe ndërtimit (për profesionet qe lidhen me eficencën e energjisë).

The new course “Decorating with Flowers” is an illustration.

One of the needs of the VET system in Albania is to expand the existing offer with flexible and in demand courses. One such course was offered by the Public Vocational Training Center of Vlora, with the support of SDC-funded Skills for Jobs project.
While establishing links between the private sector and VET providers, the Swisscontact team came often across hotels and restaurants need to have affordable, elegant and long-lasting flower decorations in their premises. Therefore, a two-day course was designed and delivered for both existing employees from the flower businesses, but also for young people looking for a job.

One of the characteristics of the course was that mostly plants from the Albanian nature were used, to give a local touch to the decorations, while saving on budget. The participants learned not only how to design and produce stylish bouquets, but also how to select the best combination for longevity. Finally, the trainees were advised on the marketing and the selling of the flower decorations. Over the duration of Skills for Jobs project, the Swisscontact team will support the delivery of other short-term courses in the sector of hospitality-tourism, ICT, textile and energy-efficient construction.
